La vegana pizza is 10/10! Although, it is a bit pricey, but the taste and warm authentic Italian atmosphere of the place wins it all! When you come in, you can smell the classic ragu and at this point, you are already sold. Everyone of the stuff speaks italian and they also play italian music. Obviously Peroni on tap is a plus, but they have some local beers as well.

7/10 We were searching for the best pizza in town but this one was just okay. Pasta with pork was also good except soft sticky mushrooms, I think fried ones would be better. Tiramisu was tender but not sweet.

Went with some classmates and a teacher of mine, and a friend who I met up with while in Amsterdam. It was quite a cozy place, I had the Divina pizza and it was great! We had an amazing waiter but I don’t remember his name unfortunately.

Excellent pizzas and pastas at great price points and portions! We ordered a small Dama Bianca pizza (see picture); a small Salame Piccante pizza; and a bowl of Tagliatelle al Salmone for dinner and we were very surprised (and satisfied!) with all of them. The pizzas' crusts had great texture and cheese pulls while the pasta had a creamy sauce with the full flavor of the salmon on display without a lingering 'slimy and fishy' aftertaste. In our experience, the staff were friendly and got us everything we wanted without needing to wait for long. Keep in mind however that the restaurant is quite small and can be quite busy in the evenings so seating might be scarce by then. All in all, I highly recommend this restaurant and I cannot wait to dine here again!

The other day I ordered takeaway pizza and when picking up it took a bit longer than expected. In return I received a free pizza extra for the inconvenience! The pizzas were good as always and the service even better!

The food here is amazing! I highly recommend the truffle ravioli, it's the best truffle pasta I've ever had. The staff is also friendly 🙂

Wat een heerlijke pizza. Ik was voor een cursus in Amsterdam en wilde na tijd graag even een pizza eten. De dag er voor gereserveerd en kon zo binnenlopen vandaag. Zowel het voorgerecht als de pizza werden erg snel gebracht. De pizza was ontzettend lekker. Daarnaast ook ontzettend aardig personeel. Echt een aanrader om eens te gaan eten!

This was probably the best pizza I've ever eaten. I can't eat dairy, and they had high quality delicious vegan cheese. The dough was an amazing combo of chewy and flavourful, sauce excellent and fresh high quality ingredients. Couldn't ask for more

I have been here so many times for a late night dinner. The staff is always so lovely, nice and comforting. I love the bruschetta and truffle ravioli. The food always comes very quickly. Everything is prepared very well and the portions are royal.

An unexpected location for one of the best italian restaurants in Amsterdam. It's worth a detour .

As an Italian who just moved to Amsterdam I gotta say i just found a gem close to home. Truly believe it's one of the best I'll find and totally recommended. Workers are all italian and service was good and friendly. The pizza was authentic, tasted wonferful and the price reflected both quantity and quality.

This pizzeria offers excellent pizza at fantastic prices, and there's a significant price difference compared to the city center without compromising on the quality of the pizza; they are truly delicious. I recently had a slightly burnt pizza which had a bitter taste, but it was still very good. One significant advantage is the availability of La Chouffe beer. What's more, it's a spacious venue with outdoor seating, allowing you to enjoy some fresh air while you dine.

The pizza was one of best I ever had and the service was amazing. We barely had to wait at all.

Authentic Italian pizzeria in the suburbs of AMS. Nothing fancy but quality pizza you would be coming back frequently. Dough is crispy from outside. Italian owners, half of the guests as well. Extra point for the comic A4 paper with the story of pizza and wood log. Prices are reasonable and we found the place without reservation for lunch. There are options for smaller pizzas too! Nice place for pizza with great price/quality ratio in the Amsterdam area. Nice selection of drinks and desserts as well. Friendly staff! Vegetarian options: Some great vegetarian options although choice might be limited. Some shared starters might have the meat and veggies on the same plate so it should be made clear if they should be separated. Parking: The pizzeria is close-by the train station with its parking and a road within walkable distance. Wheelchair accessibility: The place is a bit small and no wheelchair accessible toilet which can make it difficult.

Really smart and dynamic guys. The pizza is great. Waiting times are very short (perhaps for the first courses, etc., they could be longer). It is located near a metro station. Even by car you can park with a parking disc (before 2100) in the nearby street. Good guys! Ragazzi veramente in gamba e dinamici. La pizza è ottima. Heerlijk. We komen een paar keer per jaar speciaal vanuit Eindhoven naar Diemen voor pizza. 🤭 En fijn voor mij: ook een Vegan friendly pizza op de kaart. Vandaag (23-08-'22, precies een jaar na mijn vorige review) zijn de pizza's nog altijd onovertroffen en de medewerkers allervriendelijkst. De kunst op het toilet is wel veranderd/gewisseld. 😉 Ook de pasta maar eens getest. Wauw! Ik bracht een Italiaanse vriend mee, die eveneens onder de indruk was van de voedselkwaliteit, service en sfeer.

Great place for eating Italian pizza in Diemen. It’s also not very expensive. A margarita pizza would cost you around 5 euros before pandemic. After the pandemic, they have increased the price but it is still cheaper than Amsterdam restaurants. They have also added vegan pizza in their menu. Reasonable price, although some portions are small, yet somehow filling. Tasted great. Decent waiting time. Gave us wrong pizza (language barrier) so made us a free big one without hesitation. Friendly staff who had a luagh. Very hot day so stuffy inside, could do eith more air flow as outside was small and packed.

Amazing place. This is a grass roots establishment with excellent food and drink and great service. This is a regular place for a friend I was visiting for a night. I believe the staff were Italian. Here they were very welcoming, friendly and hospitable. Effortless ordering, constant attention, drinks refilled with no need to ask, the staff are moving around and watching what their customers need. The food was awesome. I had mixed bruschetta starter, pizza main (pastas are available) and a cheesecake dessert, and I very seldom have dessert. This was accompanied by water, nice Italian draught lager, seemingly bottomless Lemoncello and a half decent red wine. Effortless comfort and a lovely atmosphere to enjoy the pleasure of the company whilst being so well taken care of. The restaurant started as a mobile pizza oven in a small vehicle and is now this great venue. Absolutely recommend this place. Vegetarian options: Plenty available Kid-friendliness: Italian restaurant, probably the most family-friendly on the planet.

One of may favorite places to have authentic Italian Pizza in Amsterdam. Pizza is delicious, they have outdoor seating and also inside, it is funky decorated. I enjoy the thematic a lot and had lunch here in many weekends trying from pasta to different types of pizza. Did not get disappointed with the variety of pizza's and typical Italian food and drinks. Walking inside you can see take a peak at the kitchen and see how your pizza is being made on a authentic Italian oven. Visited many times with friends, have good memories from this place and will return again.

Really good restaurant, but 4 stars instead of 5 because they don't have a lot of vegan options. They used to have 2 vegan pizzas but unfortunately removed them from the menu and only replaced it with 1 new vegan pizza. More vegan pizzas (with meat substitutes) would be great so vegans have more to choose from. It would also be great if they could introduce some vegan desserts!

An authentic Italian restaurant, as simple as that. Pizza's straight from the wood fire oven in 10 minutes or less. The lasagne is something special, beautifully cheesy and bursting out of a hot clay pot. The desserts are the cherry on the cake - the Nutella tart is my personal favourite and their tiramisu is well worth the calories. They never disappoint.

Voor een ieder die van goed Italiaans eten houdt is dit 'the place to be'. Ik kom hier al jaren, en het stelt nooit teleur. Heerlijk eten tegen een goede prijs. Vriendelijk personeel, en gaat er iets mis, dan is het personeel nog steeds gastvrij en klantgericht!

I have no complaints. Food is great with their woodfired oven. Had 4 cheese pizza and was delicious. Staff is friendly, warm and professional. Prices are honest and the restaurant looks really nice, customers were all happy. It's a restaurant with a soul and I enjoyed it. Would definitely go back there.

These Italian people that work here are so lovely and treated us like we were friends! I don't know about other food, but we've had pizza and it tasted very traditional and was delicious. Fair priced. When we wanted to leave the place, because they were closing, they stopped us to gave us limoncello and we cheered together and had some more shots afterwards XD

Al twee keer gaan eten bij dit authentieke Italiaanse restaurantje in Diemen-Zuid. De pizza's zijn heerlijk, vers en knapperig. De bediening is vriendelijk en héél snel, het eten stond beide keren binnen tien minuten op tafel. Het restaurant is niet zo groot, maar wel gezellig. Voor een verjaardag hadden wij de pizza truck van Margarita Tutta La Vita laten komen en het was een top succes! Met 2 steenovens in een truck werden bij ons op de parkeerplaats de lekkerste verse pizza’s gemaakt waar onze gasten enorm van genoten hebben. De pizza met tonijn was favoriet! Zowel de communicatie omtrent het reserveren, de bediening en de bereiding van de pizza’s werd met liefde en plezier gedaan door Stefano en zijn collega. Heel erg bedankt voor de goede zorgen.

What can I say… we’ve been there more than 10 times, the service and food are amazing. Always quite busy, so make sure to make a reservation! The pasta portions could be a bit bigger, though.

Recently started working around the corner from this amazing little gem - it’s one of those restaurants where you get the feeling is family owned/ run and recipes passed down from generation to generation. Been back many times and it never disappoints

This is my favorite pizza place. Pizza is authentic and all their staff are from italy too. Price is competitive too. Have visited here multiple times and their food and service are consistent. This place will remains as my goto restaurant whenever I want to eat pizza

I already ate here three times and the pizza is pretty good, they seem to use good quality ingredients. I'd consider the dough the best part of their pizza. When I ordered for delivery, the taste really suffered, because - of course - the dough became mushy. So better come here in person.
The service in general is quite unorganized and a bit unprofessional, and it can take some time till the food is ready. Also it is not possible to come here without a reservation, because it is a really overrun place, even on week days.
To conclude: Personally I think this place has one of the best pizza you can get around that area. However it is a bit overrated. I'd recommend trying it out yourself.

I’ve been several times and I already knew that pizza there is amazing (and they have a lot of options). But I didn’t order the pasta yet, and now I can say that is amazing too! I tasted pesto gnocchi and I loved them! Also, if you cannot finish a whole pizza, they offer a small version of it.

Usually, we order pizzas but this time I also ordered pasta and it arrived still warm and it was delicious and fresh. I have discovered this place back in 2019 and pizzas are the best. I have yet to visit this place in person.

This place was amazing! I came here with friends and was a bit nervous about the two vegan options, but the Vegan Friendly was so delicious. The wine was fantastic as well (and the service was very fast. I recommend this restaurant if you’re looking for a great Italian restaurant with vegan, vegetarian, and other options.

Definitely a 5 star place. The food I ordered (pizza) was top notch and sets out from other places that serve similar dishes. The staff was also very friendly. Ingredients they use in the pizza are exceptional, you simply don't get this in other places especially not at this price. Trust me, you will be positively surprised if you give this place a try, no matter what your expectations are!

I am in love with this little Italian restaurant. The pizzas are very tasteful, and you can order in a small of normal size, which is great for sharing. We ordered the antipasti which a very nice starter.
Also the limoncello spritz is something I always order when I'm there.
The staff is super friendly as well!

This place is by far one of my favorites to eat pizza in Amsterdam (or close to) the staff is always friendly and the pizzas are delicious.

The only downside, is that when it's busy (which usually is) your order can take >30min to be ready, so don't go too hungry!

Extremely good food and kind staff. After having problems while ordering on lieferando and the food never arriving due to contact issues the restaurant handled it very well and compensated for a mistake that was not their fault. They make the best pizza we have tried in Amsterdam and the atmosphere was amazing. We are really impressed by how good and fast they handled the situation. Definitely recommend this place!

No words for the grandness of this place. They absolutely rock Italian food. Their tiramisu(per) is.. super! The best pizza I've had in a very long time. The dough is homemade and you can really feel that love is added to the mix. The ingredients taste fresh and natural, and the business is definitely deserving of bonus points for the gluten free options as well as vegan salami and vegan mozzarella.

Surprised how nice this place is! The pizzas are great, perfect ratio of tomato sauce and cheese, nice choice of toppings and the perfect crust. Definitely among the best pizzas you can get in amsterdam.

Service is really friendly as well, the atmosphere is great, really cosy and warm, and their prices are among the lowest I’ve seen so far in amsterdam.

Pizza is good, nice quality products. Pasta is good too. The only think which can be better is pizza dough. It seems tasteless like there is no olive oil in it or it is not salted enough.

Our last order via Uber Eats failed and wasn’t delivered, but the way the restaurant handled our phonecall was really polite and they were willing to help, they even gave us something extra. The place is small and get packed, but this actually can be seen from a positive side (cozier, cantina-like vibe). I go there with my girlfriend quite often and always recommend people to go there.

Side note: the pizza dough could be improved just a little so that the pizza becomes softer/less heavy.

TRUE Italian food! It's not easy to find a REAL italian pizza, with REAL italian ingredients.. I've tried many and this is my favourite for food and price! Fantastic pizza(and not only! The pasta is also home made and delicious ?) at a very reasonable price!

I've been here four times and all the visits I really enjoyed the food. Somehow a hidden gem since you don't expect such authentic Italian food being prepared near a shopping area. Not in the center: which is not always a minus cause it means cheap and not insanely busy! When is warm season the square of Diemen university campus turns into a small Italian village with amazing high quality pizzas and pasta freshly handmade!

Best Italian restaurant. The pizza price is very cheap and the taste is perfect. The place gets crowdy on the weekends and the delivery of food takes longer than expected. Book your own table in advance if you are visiting on weekends. Everything else is very nice and worth the visit.
